Avoras is committed to protect your privacy and respects the legal data protection regulations (in particular Art. 7 Sect. 3 AVG and Art. 19 AVV). This Privacy Policy informs you how we collect, use, and disclose the personal information you may provide while interfering with Avoras.

Personal information that you voluntarily submit to us (e.g. letters, forms, CVs, working certificates, school or university certificates, passports, debt collection extracts etc.) will be used for helping you to find a suitable job only. This includes that we may disclose personal information to institutions that could be interested in hiring you. If you do not wish your personal information to be disclosed to prospective employers or any other third parties (or agree just with a partial or anonymized disclosure), you should not submit personal information without instructing us not to use all or part of the information submitted (or in an anonymized version only).

We may collect further information on you such as inquiries about your skills and research from former employers. If you do not wish that we do so, you must instruct us accordingly.

You will be given the legally allowed access to your personal information, and will be entitled to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and to have it amended as appropriate. You can help Avoras maintain the accuracy of your information by notifying Avoras of any changes to your personal information. After termination of our collaboration we will not use your personal data any longer and will destroy it (except for legal book keeping duties).
