In this role you will further develop and support the implementation of the Compliance Value Chain. You will continuously enhance the Compliance Value Chain as well as support the implementation of the enhancements. You will be responsible for refining and managing the assurance, oversight and reporting procedures.
Acting as a proactive Member of the Compliance Executive Team, you will provide assurance regarding the adequacy and effectiveness of the Compliance and control processes across the Group, hereby supporting the discharge of the Compliance functional mandate.
As a Head of Compliance Management and Assurance you will establish and manage the resource at CC ensuring the fulfillment of the assigned tasks and achievement of the annual objectives. Further responsibilities will involve:
